No. The system does not currently send a notice of cancellation, so the filer would need to notify the other service contacts when a document has been canceled.
However, the system will notify all service contacts when the clerk has rejected the filing for any reason. A clerk's rejection is not the same as when a filer cancels the submission before the clerk begins to process the document.
