Unless the room is already in use, members of the public may view the Courtroom during regular business hours. In addition, the Courtroom is included in guided tours offered by the State House Tour Office.
Oral arguments are open to the public, and no registration is required to attend. The press, general public, educators, and students are all invited to attend an oral argument. Most arguments are available to view online (live and archive).
